Project/Marketing Executive
Responsibilities
To conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
To assist in development of strategic and tactical business plans to maximize sales and market penetration.
To develop new customers base build good rapport with external contacts .
To involve in corporate events, road shows, exhibitions and other external events.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business or Marketing.
A year experience in Marketing/Project field is required. Fresh Graduates will be considered.
Ability to work independently in a team environment and strong in presentation skill.
Multi-tasking and able to perform under pressure.
Good spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese.
Computer literate and able to work independently.
Graphic Designer
Responsibilities
To prepare comprehensive designs and layout by using techniques such as photography, illustration and computer generated imaginary.
Design and set-up exhibitions advertising.
Create animated and non-animated visual graphic.
Conceptual thinker with excellent education and design skills.
To involve in corporate events, road shows, exhibitions and other external events.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Graphic Designer.
A year experience in this field will be required.
Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator/Freehand
Knowledge of HTML and Web Programming will be an added advantage.
Good spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese.
Computer literate and able to work independently.
Accounts Executive
Responsibilities
A team leader in preparing full set of accounts and monthly report and analysis within a stipulated deadlines.
Ensure accounting record and systems are in compliance with company’s policies/procedures with approved accounting standards.
Ability to look for opportunities for process improvement and respond to a changing environment
Liaise with auditor, company secretary, tax agent, bankers and lawyers
Other related jobs and ad-hoc assignment
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least LCCI Higher Diploma, Professional Certificate or equivalent
At least 3 years experience in audit experience and knowledge of UBS accounting system will be an
added advantage
Able to work independently, handle pressure and work well in a fast-paced environment
A self motivator, team player, pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
Good in both spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese
Must be meticulous, tough and has a keen sense of responsibility and commitment.
Accounts Assistants
Posses basic book keeping and accounting knowledge
Minimum 2 years related working experience prefered
Computer literate, knowledge of UBS essential
Service Technicians (based in Penang)
Certificates or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
Preferably with relevant working experience in service industry
Posses valid van driving license
