Customer Service Assistant
Job Description

Attend to incoming calls on product and services inquiries; make outgoing calls to arrange appointment for customers.

Resolves product or service problems by identifying the cause of the problems and assist customers by providing the correct solutions.

Create customer’s case in system & follow up on pending cases.

Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

Contributes to team effort to complete daily tasks within dateline.
Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher level education in any field.

Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Computer literate with Microsoft Office knowledge.

Pleasant personality and possess soft and interactive skills.
-
Independent, fast, flexible, dynamic and believes in continual growth and learning.
