Job Description

  • Attend to incoming calls on product and services inquiries; make outgoing calls to arrange appointment for customers.

  • Resolves product or service problems by identifying the cause of the problems and assist customers by providing the correct solutions.

  • Create customer’s case in system & follow up on pending cases.

  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

  • Contributes to team effort to complete daily tasks within dateline.



  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher level education in any field.

  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office knowledge.

  • Pleasant personality and possess soft and interactive skills.

  • Independent, fast, flexible, dynamic and believes in continual growth and learning.

  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
