Customer Service Assistant

- Attend to incoming calls on product and services inquiries; make outgoing calls to arrange appointment for customers.
- Resolves product or service problems by identifying the cause of the problems and assist customers by providing the correct solutions.
- Create customer’s case in system & follow up on pending cases.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contributes to team effort to complete daily tasks within dateline.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher level education in any field.
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Pleasant personality and possess soft and interactive skills.
- Independent, fast, flexible, dynamic and believes in continual growth and learning.
